RGC-150 Rough Vacuum Gauge Controller

Agilent’s rough vacuum gauge controllers are a cost-effective solution for pressure measurement in the 1 x 10-3 to 760 Torr (1.3 x 10-3 to 1013 mbar) range. The RGC-150 packages includes the Thermocouple gauge tube, sensor cables, and power supplies.

These vacuum gauge controllers are a perfect precalibrated, turnkey solution in a wide range of applications: general vacuum measurement in the rough vacuum range, monitoring forelines, chamber evacuation, and crossover to high vacuum pumps.
